Delivery terms and return policy
Delivery time
- 2-6 working days with reservation for possible sold-out items, which may result in a delivery time of approximately 4-5 weeks.
Normal mail shipments
Products shipped with standard mail deliveries are delivered within 2-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). They are delivered either directly to your mailbox or to your nearest postal agent. The estimated delivery date is indicated in your order confirmation and product description, where it is also stated if delivery is made to a postal agent.
"What happens if I don't pick up my package?"
You are responsible for receiving or picking up your delivery in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection with your order.
Packages at postal agents that are not picked up within the time specified on the notice will be returned to the supplier's warehouse. In these cases, we have the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 160 SEK, which corresponds to the supplier's costs for handling and shipping in cases where you do not pick up your package at the postal agent or if you do not receive your delivery in accordance with the instructions.
Right of withdrawal
You can return the product for a full refund within 30 days. According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive the product. In addition to this, we give you an extra 16 days (a total of 30 days) to decide whether you want to keep the product. On certain occasions and in connection with special promotions, we may extend the right of withdrawal to more than 30 days.
Exceptions for certain products
Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that you do not have the right to return these products. When the right of withdrawal does not apply, it is indicated next to the product on the Website. The products that are exempt are:
- Products that have been manufactured according to your instructions or otherwise have a clear personal touch.
- Products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
- Sealed audio or video recording or a sealed computer program and you have broken the seal.
- Single issue of a newspaper or a magazine.
Complaint
If there is something wrong with your product, you have the right to claim the defective product in accordance with the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country where you have your usual residence. In Sweden, you have the right to claim original defects in the product that occur within three years from the delivery of the product (liability period). You must always claim within a reasonable time from when you should have noticed the defect. Your right to claim expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.

Warranty
Each retailer may provide a warranty on their products in certain cases. Information about which products are covered by the warranty, what the warranty includes, and where you can turn to claim the warranty is available here as well as in the respective product description on the Website. You always have the right to demand that the manufacturer remedy the defect or replace the product in accordance with what is stipulated by law.
