Returns & Complaints
There are two different types of returns, Cancellation and Complaint.
A return means that you no longer want the product, you may have accidentally purchased the wrong size or model. In the case of a return, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the supplier.
A complaint means that something is broken or missing from the product you ordered. In the case of a complaint, we cover the cost of return shipping if the product needs to be sent back to the supplier.
Questions about Regret
“How long can I regret a purchase with you?”
You can cancel a purchase within 30 days. According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day the product was received. We then offer an additional 16 days of open purchase (a total of 30 days). During certain holidays and special promotions, the right of withdrawal may be extended, and this will be displayed on the website before purchase.

In the case of a return, you pay the return shipping. The cost is between 41-191 SEK and depends on the weight of the product. You will be informed of the exact cost on the return slip when you wish to cancel a purchase. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
"Can I stop my order before I have received it?"
It is not possible to cancel an order after the purchase has been completed. This is because the order is sent directly to the supplier who sold the product to you.
